The program begins with one hour of fitness training led by certified fitness coaches. The fitness sessions are designed to improve participants' cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength, and agility. Participants can expect a variety of exercises, including cardio drills, circuit training, plyometrics, agility ladder work, and strength training exercises tailored specifically for tennis players. These workouts aim to develop the physical attributes necessary for optimal performance on the tennis court.
Following the fitness training, there is one hour of tennis-focused dynamic training activities. These activities are designed to replicate the physical demands and pressures experienced during competitive tennis matches. Participants will engage in drills and exercises that challenge their footwork, speed, agility, and shot execution while under pressure. The focus is on honing tennis skills and helping players to develop the ability to perform at a high level even in intense situations.
